Meet our team

our entire project team is composed of English-speaking women who embody the OLMC experience: Canadian-born members from outside Quebec encountering minority status for the first time; immigrant women navigating dual cultural identities; mothers balancing professional ambition with caregiving; and emerging professionals entering a rapidly changing labour market. These barriers are not theoretical to our team; we have lived them. From this lived experience, we serve those affected and design solutions from within the community itself, grounded in a shared mission.
