Our Mission

Intelligent Nest is a career transformation platform built to future-proof women in the age of AI. Through cohort-based programs, hands-on workshops, quarterly events, and a growing app, we equip women with the skills, network, and confidence to not just survive the future of work, but to lead it.

Our Ecosystem Alignment model brings together women, employers, policy leaders, and community partners to co-create real solutions, four times a year, in rooms where decisions get made. Meet Mahsa

Mahsa is a Future of Work Architect and Social Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, evolving from Tech to leader in building career resilience for women in the AI economy.

As founder of “MamaNest”, she has pioneered two flagship events “MamaTech AI Studio”, and the “Women's Career Conference” alongside other activities to build a comprehensive career-growth ecosystem for women. Starting with Moms, Mahsa founded the “Intelligent Nest” next to deliver AI-enhanced employment services to English-speaking women in Quebec's Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector.

Beyond her own ventures,She is deeply committed to the broader landscape of women's empowerment and Social Impact and has contributed to impactful initiatives including WEDO Canada, the Social Business Creation competition from HEC Montreal, and the N.E.W Venture Program. She combines technical expertise with heart-led strategy to prove that career resilience and caregiving are not mutually exclusive.
