Our work is about designing work around people, and our website should work for everyone too. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text and background colours meet WCAG AA contrast requirements throughout the site.
• Every image and illustration has a text description for screen readers.
• Pages use a clear heading structure and can be navigated with a keyboard.
• Key information is always available as text, not only in images.

Known limitations

Some illustrations on our homepage are short looping animations, and they do not yet include a pause control. Each one is described in full text for screen readers, and the same information appears in the text beside it. We are working on improving this.
