AI Solution Delivery & Workforce Value Realization · Led by Mahsa Rezaei
Does the change create real value, and how do we scale it?
A redesign only matters if it works in practice. In three weeks, we put one redesigned change to work with your staff, measure its value honestly, and plan what scaling it across your organization would take.

Who it’s for
- Organizations with a redesigned workflow ready to put into practice
- Leaders who need evidence before investing in a wider rollout
- AI, digital and operations leads who want AI-enabled change done carefully
Before we start: one defined change, a committed sponsor, and access to the people and data involved.
From baseline to a scale decision
Value is measured, not assumed. Every OpenBuild sprint follows the same four steps.
Baseline
Measure how the work runs today: time, quality, errors, workload and outcomes for the people you serve.
Live
Put the redesigned step to work, in its simplest working form, with staff on real tasks and controls in place.
Value
Compare the results against the baseline, including what staff noticed and what the numbers can’t show.
Decide
Scale, modify, pause or stop, with a plan for what scaling across the organization would take.
The right level of autonomy
Before anything goes live, we choose how much the task is left to AI (assisted, supervised or autonomous) and the controls that keep a named person accountable. Most first changes start at assisted.

Your three weeks
Week 1
Set up
Agree success measures, capture the baseline, and put the redesigned step in place in its simplest working form, with controls.
Week 2
Run it live
Staff use it on real work with oversight in place. We capture what works, what doesn’t, and every exception.
Week 3
Measure and decide
We compare results to the baseline, make the scale decision, and plan what scaling would require: people, training, data, governance and cost.
What you receive
- A baseline and agreed success measures
- One redesigned step working, with controls and oversight
- A value readout against the baseline
- A clear decision: scale, modify, pause or stop
- A scale plan covering people, training, data, governance and cost
OpenBuild works with practical, low-code tools and your existing systems. Production engineering and system integrations are scoped separately, with your team or a specialist partner.
Responsible by design
- The level of autonomy is chosen and justified before go-live
- Controls, approvals and escalation are in place from day one
- “Stop” is a valid result. It saves you from scaling the wrong thing
Price
$15,000 + HST for the three-week sprint
Community rate: $12,000 for registered charities and nonprofits with an annual operating budget under $2 million. Software, licence or usage costs are billed at cost, with your approval.
Prove the value in three weeks
In 20 minutes, we’ll talk through the change you want to prove and whether an OpenBuild sprint is the right fit. Fixed scope, fixed price, three weeks.
Next stage: FutureOrg Studio, shape the organization around what works.
