Pricing

One fixed price for every three-week sprint.

Every Nest Sprint has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a clear result. You know the full cost before we start, and it never changes during the sprint.

Prices per three-week sprint

In Canadian dollars, plus HST. Both rates include the full scope of the sprint: the rate depends on who you are, never on doing less.

Community rate

20% off standard

The full pathway

Book all four sprints together, about 12 weeks from first decision to new structure, and save 10%.

  • Standard: $40,500 instead of $45,000
  • Community rate: $32,400 instead of $36,000

Each sprint is invoiced separately, so payments can follow your grant or budget timing.

Simple terms

  • Payment: 50% when we sign, 50% at the final decision readout
  • Included: the full three-week scope, all working sessions, every deliverable and the final readout
  • Not included: HST, and for OpenBuild, any software, licence or usage costs, which are billed at cost with your approval
  • Out of scope: production engineering and system integrations, which are scoped separately if needed

Common questions

Can we pay with a grant?

Yes. A fixed scope and price fit easily into capacity-building grant budgets, and we can provide a short scope summary for your application.

How do we know if we qualify for the community rate?

If you are a registered charity or nonprofit with an annual operating budget under $2 million, the community rate applies. We simply confirm it with you during the discovery call.

Which sprint should we start with?

It depends on where you are. Just exploring AI: Aati. A workflow that is struggling: WorkRedesign Lab. A redesigned change ready to prove: OpenBuild. AI or agents already in use, and the structure hasn’t caught up: FutureOrg Studio. We’ll help you choose in the discovery call.

What if we need something bigger than one sprint?

Sprints are designed to follow one another. Organization-wide work, such as job architecture across many teams, is scoped as a longer, custom engagement.
