- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
- When you book a discovery call: bookings are handled through Google Calendar. Google collects the details you enter, such as your name and email, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- When you visit the site: our website is hosted on WordPress.com, which may use cookies and collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to run and secure the site and to provide visitor statistics.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and hold conversations you request, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, namely WordPress.com (website hosting) and Google (email and calendar booking). These providers may store information outside Canada. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
