Organizational Design & Agentic Workforce Design · Led by Mahsa Rezaei
How should our organization be structured to sustain the change?
When AI agents take on part of the work, roles, teams and decision rights have to change too. In three weeks, we co-design one team’s future structure, with its people, not for them.

Who it’s for
- Organizations already using AI or agents, where the structure hasn’t caught up
- HR, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning leaders
- Leaders of teams whose work has been redesigned and proven, and is ready to scale
- Anyone asking who owns the work when part of it is done by AI
Every agent has a named human owner
We decide, task by task, which work goes to people, which goes to AI agents, and who owns each agent’s output. Every role then gets a charter that makes it real.
The options are designed together with the team, in working sessions, so the new structure is one people understand and trust.
Role charter · example
Intake coordinator
Owns: final eligibility decisions
Oversees: the eligibility-check agent, at the assisted level
Reviews: every flagged file before it moves forward
Escalates to: the program manager
New skills: reviewing AI output, handling exceptions
An illustrative role charter, not a client result.
Your three weeks
Week 1
Understand
We study the redesigned work and the team’s current structure: roles, responsibilities, spans, workload and where AI is already in use.
Week 2
Co-design
In working sessions with the team, we design options for human–agent work allocation, roles, decision rights and oversight.
Week 3
Agree
We choose an option together, write the role charters, and plan the transition: which skills to build, buy, borrow, or assign to AI agents.
What you receive
- Human–agent work allocation for the team
- Role charters and decision rights
- An oversight and accountability model for every agent
- Skills shifts and a workforce transition plan
- The options considered, and why the chosen one fits
Each sprint designs one team. Organization-wide job architecture, compensation alignment and advanced workforce modelling are longer, custom engagements, delivered with specialist partners where needed.
Responsible by design
- Every AI agent has a named human owner
- Workforce impact is planned with the people affected
- Roles are designed to bring joy to work, not to drain it
Price
$12,500 + HST for the three-week sprint
Community rate: $10,000 for registered charities and nonprofits with an annual operating budget under $2 million.
Design your future organization, together
In 20 minutes, we’ll talk through the team you have in mind and whether a FutureOrg Studio sprint is the right fit. Fixed scope, fixed price, three weeks.
The loop continues: each new structure feeds the next round of Aati.
